Christusfees liefde,
Die Pay it Forward Komitee
A compassionate and empowered community, where individuals come together to make a positive impact, fostering a culture of paying it forward and creating a brighter future for all.
The Pay it Forward Community Initiative is dedicated to equip individuals with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to become positive change-makers in their homes, workplaces, and community. The Pay it Forward team is committed to identify the needs in the community and actively addressing them through various initiatives, including:
- Empowering children and youth in our schools
- Supporting vulnerable families through food and clothing initiatives, handing out clothes and toiletries to the underprivileged
- Investing in women's development through annual events
- Fostering community unity through environmental and health initiatives (tree planting and blood donation drives)
- Showing appreciation for frontline staff who keep our community safe and healthy
- Operating school feeding schemes, feeding hundreds of children daily
- Raising funds to support the local SPCA, purchasing food and essential items for animals in need
- Conducting special projects to raise funds for animals astray at SPCA, ensuring their well-being and care
- Actively involved in disaster management and response efforts, providing support and resources in times of crisis, such as floods, fires, and other disasters.
By working together, we strive to create a ripple effect of kindness and compassion, inspiring a culture of paying it forward and making our community a better place for all.
